Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to discuss your current situation in detail with our Registered Migration Agent. During the consultation, our Registered Migration Agent will outline the immigration options available to you, explain the eligibility criteria, critical timelines and the relevant costs. At the conclusion of the consultation, our Registered Migration Agent will send you an email containing information about the different visas and options discussed in the meeting.

Consultations can be held face to face at our Little Collins Street office or via Skype or telephone. Our fee for an initial consultation is $170 (plus GST) and is generally 45 minutes long. If you wish to book a consultation please call us on 1300 98 70 71.

Consultation policy

Payment

Payment of the initial consultation fee must be made online via our online payment portal at least 24 hours before your appointment.

 

Rescheduling

If you give us one business days’ notice, we can reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations

As our consultation service is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments, except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and if something happens that is outside of your control and prevents you attending we will consider a refund.

 

Lateness and No Shows

If you are late to your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment all together, we will not issue a refund and you will need to pay the initial consultation fee again if you wish to reschedule.
