Helping employers to find skilled staff
AMES Australia programs are designed to unlock the potential of our clients and provide a continuous supply of job ready candidates for employers. We work hand in hand with employers to fill both skilled and unskilled roles.
We assist employers with a range of services including pre-screening, reference checking, short-listing and account management. We also provide value added services through training and re-skilling, work trials, wage subsidies, workplace modifications, post placement support and mentoring for both employer and employee.

We also help to link newly arrived skilled and professional migrants to major companies including Australia Post, Chandler Macleod, IBM, NAB and Telstra. In the process new arrivals gain understanding of the Australian workplace and become more employable with these new skills.

AMES Australia offers high quality catering solutions to the greater business community through our social enterprises. AMES Australia Social Enterprises are sustainable businesses that provide ongoing workplace training and employment opportunities. Our three social enterprises offer high quality training and meaningful employment, adopting the Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) model through casual work and a 12 month traineeship program. They also offer work placements to qualified students who just completed short vocational courses and to other eligible unemployed migrants and refugees who may have expressed interest in working in industries related to the social enterprises.
