Pronunciation and Conversation

This course is designed for learners from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. It provides learners with real-life pronunciation practice and helps to build up their language skills and confidence to engage in everyday conversations.

Pronunciation and Conversation course is offered in three levels for Beginners, Post Beginners and Intermediate.

  • Individual sounds
  • Minimal pairs
  • Familiar words and short familiar sentences
  • Connected speech and intonation
  • Word stress

This is a Learn Local endorsed course, supported by the Victorian Government. 

How will I learn?

  • Online Learning, where the student studies remotely off campus using training materials that are provided online or correspondence by the Teacher/Trainer

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years of age and above; Applicants must reside in Victoria; Australian citizens or permanent residents

32 hours/level

New courses beginning 16 June and 12 July

Costs

Applicants may be eligible for government subsidised training if they meet Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent visa holder requirements. If eligible no tuition fees apply.
